Fanis Vernikos

Fanis Vernikos was born in Corfu in 1980. He began his musical studies at the Philharmonic Union “Kapodistrias” under the guidance of Ch. Maniatopoulos. He continued in Athens in the class of S. Anthis and completed his studies at the Orfeio Conservatory of Athens with professor I. Karabetsos, from whom he also received his diploma. He has collaborated with the National Symphony Orchestra of ERT, the Greek National Opera, and the Athens State Orchestra, where he has been a permanent member since 2015. He has also been a member of the Athens State Orchestra’s brass ensemble “METALLON” since 2007.
