
Konstantina Strataki
Konstantina Strataki was born in Heraklion, Crete in 1998. She took her first flute lessons at the Music School of Heraklion and, graduating, attended vocal and theory courses at the Lab Music Education and AR conservatories, obtaining a degree in harmony with Professor Nikos Kyprakis. In 2018 she studied in the flute class of the Conservatory of the Municipality of Heraklion with Natassa Anninou and in 2019 she was admitted to the Department of Music Science and Art of the University of Macedonia. From 2021, she specializes in flute studies under Professor Katrin Zenz. She has participated in concerts with the Heraklion Municipal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra and the PNOES ensemble of the University of Macedonia and is an active member of the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Crete since 2015. At the same time, she participates in performances and recordings of works by students of the department of Composition of the University of Macedonia as well as the original series of children's radio show "Adventures in Primavistan". She received the second prize in chamber music at the 12th "Ilias Kouskouvelis" Concerto and Chamber Music Competition in 2022. She has attended seminars with Panagiotis Drakos, Dieter Vogt, Katrin Zenz, Denis Bouriakov etc.
